All the Registration Fees are VAT 22% included.

* Undergraduated PhD Student and PostDoc fee should be certified by a letter of the academic supervisor or Student card stating the applicant’s status at the time of registration, to be up-loaded during the registration process (pdf or jpg format is required).

** Parallel Workshops will be held at Plesso Didattico Morgagni on August 30-31. During the registration process you must select the Workshop you are interested in.

*** Sponsors fee is valid ONLY for Company Representatives from Confirmed Sponsors. Please note that a certain number of badge is already included in the Sponsor package, Sponsor fee is valid for eventual extra badges.

Please note that this is the official EPS-IPS 2024 website for registrations and that no other websites, companies, or agencies are authorised to sell the registrations/ hotel booking in any way or to contact you directly.
Advance registrations are preferred in order to facilitate the planning of the scientific sessions and social events.
Off-line registrations sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 30,00 for administration expenses.

Registration is mandatory for participation in the scientific sessions and for oral or poster presenters.

APPLICATION FOR WAIVED REGISTRATION - RESERVED TO YOUNG SCIENTISTS

Only for PhD student or early post-doc < 3 years there's the possibility:

- to get a registration waiver sponsored by the European Peptide Society
- to participate in the Dr. Bert L. Schram Networking Mixer sponsored by ESCOM Science Foundation

All the submissions have required one page curriculum and a support letter of an EPS member.

Your request will be evaluated and by mid April you will receive an email with confirmation or not.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND INVOICE ISSUING

Payment by Credit card only:
We would like to inform you that as of 14 September 2019, the SCA (STRONG CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION) came into effect, in accordance with the provisions of the European Directive on payment services (PSD2).

The following CREDIT CARDS are accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard.

Invoices:
Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application.
– Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice will incur a € 30,00 administration charge.
– Off-line requests of pro-forma invoices sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 30,00 for administration expenses.

Those who need a direct invoicing to the Public Administration are kindly requested to contact registrationEPS-IPS2024@oic.it before registering online.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to OIC to: registrationEPS-IPS2024@oic.it
For cancellations received by 25 May 2024 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty
For cancellations received by 25 July 2024 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 25 July 2024
Should a delegate not attend the conference, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement can be made. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
